So, ten days already past.. five more to go!
The whole trip started with one day and two nights in Manila, it was raining so we spended the most time at our hotel looking tv.. cause Manila is like every other town in the world just a little bit warmer and dirtier! what a holiday! On the 27th we finally left Manila and went to Plawan, Puerto Princessa! You can also say Paradise!
Our week there was fantastic, still no sun and a lot of rain but it didn't stop us from going to the beach and take adventure trips anyway!
we found our "own" beach, called white beach (all beaches are called that here since the sand is always white...) We where the only tourists there to we played a lot with the Philippine kids in the water! We also hanged in the bar and got friends with Daisy! She was laughing all the time and got really happy when she understood that me and Danny are not a couple! Flirty flirty! (Danny also had a nun who made a sin when he passed, he said that her eyes told something completely different then her clothes..)
We went to Honda Bay one day and rented a boat and went island hopping, we went to Pandan Island, Snake Island and starfish Island. Amazing snorkeling on all the island, you feel like your in paradise under the water there! We met a gang of Philippines girls from Manila that we spended the day with, they where super cool! I also ate my first fresh fish! and it was GREAT! I don't understand why I never ate fish before...
The only bad from that day was that I burned my little ass... even though there is no sun you somehow get burned through the clouds... especially when it's only your white ass coming up from the water a whole day!
We also took a one day trip to Sabang, it takes around two hours by bus and we went to the underground river, it's a cave thats 1.6 km long or something like that! It was a lot of monkeys and BIG lizards on the island! super cool but a bit scary with the lizards... Anyway, when we got in to the boat for going in to the cave they needed someone in the front holding the flash lights, and me and my big mouth said YES, I WANT TO! And as soon as we entered the cave I realized that the whole tour in the cave included millions of bats... As everyone knows I'm afraid of flying things so, I regretted being alone in the front and battle bats.. I had to concentrate on breathing and not panicking the whole tour(45 minutes)and I guess I did a really bad job holding the flashlight...
But I survived and we came out in one peace, and I was shaking as if I had parkinson.
On new year we went to the beach and had a handstand and acro session in the sunrise, WOW!
In the evening we went with some new friends to a really nice restaurant, and belive it or not I ate Sushi! It was not good but eatable! I'm suprising my self with food everyday! We also had a fresh mango shake, it's the best drink I ever had in my whole life!
We left Palawan the 1'st of January and unfortantly we got stuck in Manilas airport on our way to Boracay because the weather was so bad, so we had to spend more or less 23 hours on Manila airport... JIPPIE! you can all imagine how fun that is and no smoking rules... GHAA!!! But we entertained the people who worked there with another handstand session!
So finally yesterday we arrived to Boracay! It's another paradise island but also a tourist paradise.. But it's nice to have that kind of vacation also! We spended a lot of time with our new friend Lanie, that we met on new year and she own a bar and a diving school here so on saturday we will try to scuba dive! JIHU!
They also said that the weather will be better so who knows... maybe we'll get some sun after all!
I will get back to you when I come back to Sweden and tell about our last days and off course publish some pictures!
